Mr. Øyvin A. Brøymer, Chairman
Mr. Øyvin A. Brøymer was elected Chairman and Board member of Medi-Stim in 2000. He works as an advisor and investor. His previous work experience includes The Aker Group, Hafslund-Nycomed as CFO and Executive Vice President (1980-1996) and Leif Høegh & Co AS as Executive Vice President (1996-2000). Mr. Brøymer has served as a board member in several listed companies. Presently he serves on the Board of Directors of Norsk Vekst, European Nursery Group, Affitech, Arendals Fossekompani and Investtech. Mr. Brøymer has extensive industry experience in the medical industry. Mr. Brøymer holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Ms. Lise Sofie Haug Nissen-Meyer, Board Member
Lise Sofie Haug Nissen-Meyer is a doctor with a medical degree from the University of Oslo. She works as a scientist in a group led by Professor Farrukh Chaudhry at the Biotechnology centre of Oslo where she also is a Board Member. She has solid experience from medical research and administrative experience through work in different commitees and associations.

Mr. Lars Rønn, Board Member
Lars Rønn (born 1964) is Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing in Ambu AS, a Danish med-tech company listed at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Before his time in Ambu AS in 2005, Lars Rønn was CEO in Origio AS. He has a long and extensive experience from several positions in Maersk-Medical AS. Lars Rønn is educated BSc in Businness, Language & Culture and has a Graduate Diploma i Int. Trade from CBS (Copenhagen Business School). He also has a Management Programmes from INSEAD. Lars Rønn is board member in Advalight AS.

Mr. Helge Ranvik, Board Member
Mr. Ranvik was elected Board member in May 2004. He is the CEO of Holtung AS (2001-), a leading distributor of Pharmaceutical and health care-related products in Norway. Previous work experience includes Vice President Sales and Marketing of Holtung AS (2000-2001), Marketing Director of Jøtul ASA (1996 – 1999) and Marketing Director of M-Reel (Metsä-Serla AB) (1993 – 1996), a subsidiary of the Metsä Group OY. Mr. Ranvik has, for many years, been actively involved in establishing sales and marketing organisations for international markets. He serves as Chairman of Dental Care AS and Farmaka AS, and Board member of Holtung AS. Mr. Ranvik holds an Academy Diploma from Markedshøyskolen BI, and a Management Diploma from Metsä-Serla Academy in Finland.

Ms. Kari Pah, Board member
Kari Pah was elected Board member in 2006. Mrs. Pah is one of the founders of Medi-Stim back in 1984. She was managing director for several years until 2000 when Medi-Stim was split into two companies. Mrs. Pah was then managing director for Medi-Stim Norge AS until 2004. She is the majority owner of Zenith Medical, Medi-Stim's largest shareholder.
